Simple and slow, that is my mindset right now. Simplifying life can bring closure to small things and freedom to my life. When I take the time to slow down, I can see myself more clearly. I can let go of those things that bind me.

The problem is that many can’t or refuse to slow down. It is like they are on a continuous merry-go-round; not able to get off.
