I have been trying to take better care of myself since a not- so- good report on my blood work. I try to walk a couple days a week and I am working on my diet. It takes work to change some of my bad habits and I grow weary.
I know when I am at my lowest God gives me the extra boost of energy to stay on track. He strengthens my mind as I read His Word daily and my body as I pursue a healthier lifestyle. I keep learning new and better ways of living.
