Today is a new day. I can start again by trying to do the right thing in every situation. For me to succeed in this day, I must start it right. I feel at my best when I take time in God’s word. It fills my mind with what He says.
If at first, I fill my mind with the news on the radio or television, my thinking becomes altered. I want clear thinking on what is truth. I want my mind to be renewed and fresh. When I come up against opposition during the day, God’s word will guide me.
Be Encouraged! If, each day, you are not first filling your mind with God’s word, consider doing so and see how your workday goes. I am sure you will be encouraged when you see how helpful it has been.
