I must live in the now. Yesterday is gone and if I have failed in some areas, I must be honest and repent. I cannot change what was done or not done. I must learn from my mistakes and work on the heart issues.
Sin is a heart problem. The flesh is weak and if left unchecked, it bears bad fruit of itself. As I learn and apply God’s word, I will gain self-control as I allow the Holy Spirit to keep me in check.
Be Encouraged! We all fail and fall but it is in these times that we must humble ourselves and repent so that we may gain knowledge.
