I find strength and joy in the Lord. When I feel overwhelmed, I know I can focus on His Word and all that He has done in the past. It is then that I find a boost of energy to continue through the day.
Be Encouraged! You may feel depressed and overwhelmed, but God is present, and you can lean on Him for He will help you through your difficulties.
