I am thankful for the little things that I can get done in a day. Since my hospital stay, I have been moving much slower. It does not take much to wear me out. I have good intentions of all that I want to do but not enough steam to carry it through.
Since my battle with sepsis, I have much more compassion for those struggling. I am okay with the little I can achieve in a day. In fact, I am very grateful.
Remember to be happy and joyful wherever you find yourself. God is in the midst giving you the strength to overcome.
Rejoice always, pray continually, give thanks in all circumstances; for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus. (I Thessalonians 5:16-18 NIV)
