I have returned from leading worship at a woman’s conference. The theme was ‘Be Still and Know That I Am God.’ I have found that being still before God, takes practice. My thoughts like to run with all the things that need to be done.
I do like quiet time. It is in the quiet that I am most likely to hear God’s voice. It is there that I can meditate on God’s word and find peace.
Be still and know that I am God: I will be exalted among the heathen, I will be exalted in the earth. (Psalm 46:10 KJV)
