The Love of God
So, we have come to know and to believe the love that God has for us. God is love, and whoever abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him. (I John 4:16 ESV)
The longer I live, the more I see God’s love. I see it at sunrise and sunset. I see it in the little birds that make nets in my bird houses. God is Creator and His creation is beautiful.
I see God’s love when He corrects me. He is gentle and kind even though I deserve a much harsher rebuke.
When I abide in Him, His love abides in me, and I am confident of His great love for me.
