I woke up feeling overwhelmed. I looked at my calendar, and it was full of appointments. I need to slow down. I have a bad habit of putting more things on my already full calendar.
Last year, I read a great book on slowing down. Umm, I need to apply that, right now! I can only do so many things in a day. This verse is speaking to me.
He says, “Be still and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.” (Psalm 46:10 NIV)
