Unity is important. If you want to get many things accomplished within a group, you need unity. If one person is demanding their way when trying to complete a project, it will not come together as easily, unless unity is restored.
When making decisions for an ill parent, everyone needs to be on the same page. You may have your own ideas and thoughts, but you must decide to keep unity for the best outcome.
