Everyone needs mercy. Recently a friend, who works in a medical office, received an order that was clearly written wrong. When my friend called to let the other office know, the person still could not see the mistake.
My friend could have been unkind when pointing out the mistake, but instead, she chose to show mercy and gently showed the office worker the obvious mistake.
Be Encouraged! We never know when we may need someone to be merciful to us so consider remembering this when dealing with others.
