Older women are to be reverent in their behavior, not malicious gossips, nor enslaved to much wine, teaching what is good. (Titus 2:3)
I had the privilege of speaking with a young woman today. We talked about managing money and working in harmony with her husband. As a woman believer, it is important to be a good example to younger women.
God’s word tells us in the book of Titus, that the older women are to teach the younger. We are to teach them to love their husbands and children, to be sensible and pure, workers of the home, kind, and being subject to their husbands that the word of God may not be dishonored. (Titus 2:4-5)
Often, women in our world want to rule their homes. They do not honor or respect their husbands and their children are watching. If women want harmony in their homes, God’s word will guide them in the ways that will bring much peace and order to their homes.
God’s design is perfect.
