Everyone needs hope these days. With the cost of living being high, people feel a little hopeless during the holiday season. Who doesn’t want to give their child a wonderful Christmas with everything on their wish list?
Where do we turn to find hope that lasts long after Christmas? It can be found in the story of Jesus. God loved us so much that He sent His Son to show us who He is. He wants everyone to believe in His Son and to trust Him. He is our hope.
Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In His great mercy He has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead (I Peter 1:3 NIV)
