I enjoy helping people. In doing for others, I need to be cautious of how I treat them. Am I critical? Am I pushy and proud. Do I stop and think before I speak or am I quick to answer.
If I want others to treat me with respect, to be kind and patient, I need to do the same. It isn’t always easy to love those who are rude and mean, but I know someday, if my choice was to treat them with respect and acts of kindness, they may turn their life around because of that one choice.
Be encouraged. I know if I make up my mind to treat others right ahead of time, you can too.
