Nothing tastes better on a hot summer day, while working in the garden, than a tall glass of ice water. Afterwards, you feel refreshed and recharged to work a couple more hours. Water is vital for our organs. It flushes out toxins and helps us to stay hydrated.
Water is used to help cleanse our bodies and after a heavy workout, a hot shower is refreshing. Water should never be taken for granted; we all need its benefits.
When we read God’s word, it washes us. It helps us to see things as He sees them. It helps us to eliminate wrong thinking. Our mind is renewed and alert. We are strengthened and ready to face the day.
