All I needed was one present this year. A present that a family member or friend had taken the extra time to learn of what I liked and valued.
God knew exactly what present to give me. It was what I truly needed. When He sent His only Son to be born in a lowly manger, He knew that I and the world needed freedom. We needed a Savior.
When Adam and Eve disobeyed God and ate of the forbidden tree, sin entered, and their eyes were opened. Since that day, I and the whole world has needed Jesus to come and redeem our lives back to God.
Be Encouraged! The only gift I and the world truly need is salvation. God has given us this in His Son Jesus. All we must do is confess our sins and believe in Him.
