God is a 24/7 God. He is never unavailable or out of touch. He is always present. He sees everything that is going on. He knows when we need help and He hears our prayers, but we also need to be available to Him.
He wants to be first in our lives. When we wake up in the morning, He should be first on our minds and lips. We should want a close relationship with Him because He wants one with us. He is a personal Savior.
The devil wants to distract us, and he uses many evil devices to do so. He attacks our finances and our families to separate us and cause fear. God wants us to know Satan’s tactics so we can turn to Him and learn to trust Him to show us how to combat the evil.
When I am afraid, I put my trust in You. In God, whose Word I praise- In God I trust and am not afraid. What can mere mortals do to me? (Psalm 56: 3-4 NIV)
