When Plans Change-Jeremiah 29:11

(For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you a hope and a future. Jeremiah 29:11)

I had plans to work on the floor in my basement. The project has taken months, and I want it done. I wrote it on my list of to-dos for today but when I got up this morning, I felt sluggish. I had a broken night of sleep.

I decided to go back to bed and get a few more hours of rest. I never do that. I just push through it and keep going but today was different and I needed the rest.

What do you do when your plans change? Do you push through and try to make it happen? Do you freak out when you must do something different?

I am learning that God knows the plans for each day, and I can be assured that His plans are the best for me. I do get disappointed when I have to change course, but I have seen that the plans I had made seem to always get completed in the right time.
