As a believer in Jesus Christ, I have learned that when I face obstacles, I go to prayer. Some things can only be resolved through prayer, and sometimes fasting is needed. I have learned to put on the armor of God that is taught in (Ephesians 6:12 NIV).
I must stay in right relationship with Jesus. I am dependent on Him to fight my battles for me. He has given me the armor and the tools to fight found in (Matthew 18:18 NIV) saying, “Truly I tell you, whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.”
If I am coming against a spirit of control, instead of fighting with the person, I go to prayer and bind the spirit of control and loose peace into the situation. The Holy Spirit will guide my prayer.
Be Encouraged! If you are in a battle, turn to God and ask Him to help you. He will guide your prayers.
